Welcome to 2026 World Cup Tournament Predictor. By registering or using this Platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or legal age in your country) to participate.
  • You must provide accurate registration information.
  • Only one account per person is allowed unless explicitly approved.

2. Purpose of the Platform

  • This Platform is a prediction game for entertainment purposes.
  • Participants submit predictions and earn points based on the scoring rules shown on the Platform.
  • It is not a gambling or betting service unless explicitly licensed and stated by the Operator.

3. Accounts and Access

  • Users must register to save predictions and claim bonuses.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Predictions and Deadlines

  • Predictions must be submitted before any published deadline.
  • After submission, predictions may be locked and not editable, according to the game rules.
  • Late, incomplete, or duplicate submissions may be rejected.

5. Scoring and Rankings

  • Points are awarded according to the published scoring system.
  • The Operator may verify and recalculate scores to correct technical or administrative errors.
  • The leaderboard is based on points and any tie-break rules published on the Platform.

6. Bonuses and Prizes

  • Bonuses and prizes (including prize pool distribution among top players) are subject to:
    • valid account status,
    • compliance with these Terms,
    • successful verification (identity/contact/payment details if requested).
  • The number of winners, prize amounts, and distribution method are as published on the Platform.
  • If a winner is ineligible or disqualified, the Operator may reassign the prize according to ranking rules.

7. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • create multiple/fake accounts,
  • use bots, scripts, automation, or exploit bugs,
  • attempt to manipulate scores, rankings, or bonuses,
  • impersonate others or provide false identity/payment information,
  • abuse or interfere with platform operation.

Violation may result in suspension, disqualification, forfeiture of bonus/prize, and account termination.

8. Operator Rights

The Operator may:

  • modify rules, scoring details, deadlines, and prize structure when reasonably necessary,
  • correct errors in scores, submissions, or rankings,
  • suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms,
  • temporarily suspend service for maintenance or security.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and software are owned by or licensed to the Operator.
You may not copy, redistribute, or exploit Platform content without permission.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
By using the Platform, you agree to the collection and processing of personal data as described there.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”
  • The Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses related to use of the Platform, including downtime, technical issues, or third-party service failures, to the maximum extent allowed by law.
